An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until September 30, 2023
Get your heart pumping! Thursday sessions provide an aerobic workout as we practice racing strategies and work on endurance. They are geared toward preparing experienced paddlers for races and international festivals. All racers should attend these practices.
We encourage members who want to develop competitively and work together to advance the team to attend.
New paddlers can join us on Thursdays after attending at least three Tuesday technique practices or Saturday open practices. We encourage you to talk with a coach about what to expect at Thursday practices.
We provide personal flotation devices and paddles.
