We are a year-round club.
During the winter, when it is too cold for outdoor practices and paddles on Spa Creek, we work indoors to maintain our strength, repair ourselves, and support each other. Some activities are physical workouts. Others are social.
These workouts and social gatherings keep the Club’s supportive connection in our lives. So, when we hit the water in the spring, we’re not “reconnecting.” Instead, we’re jumping into the paddle season together.
Fitness training
Starting in November, we have weekly pilates and Fit to Thrive workout sessions — both of which are specially designed and customized for dragon boaters.
