An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until September 29, 2022
Get your heart pumping! Thursday sessions provide an aerobic workout as we practice racing strategies and work on endurance. They are geared toward preparing experienced paddlers for races and international festivals. All racers should attend these practices.
We encourage members who want to develop competitively and work together to advance the team to attend.
New paddlers can join us after attending at least three Tuesday practices and receiving approval from a coach.
We provide personal flotation devices and paddles.
